Use Ask Nuvola when you need help, have a platform question, or need to submit a support ticket. The Nuvola Assistant is more than a chat widget: it can answer product questions, search the knowledge base, inspect learner progress, explain completion issues, and open a support ticket with useful diagnostic context when a human needs to step in.
How to contact support
Use Ask Nuvola in the bottom-right corner of the app. Describe what you are trying to do and include the course name, learner email, or page you are looking at when that helps.
If the assistant can solve the issue safely, it will guide you or run the supported self-service workflow. If the issue needs staff review, it will create a support ticket and include the relevant details so the support team does not have to start from scratch.
What the assistant can help with
- Find certificates, transcripts, courses, schedules, and account settings.
- Audit course completion when a learner believes they finished but did not receive credit.
- Explain which modules are incomplete, blocked, or waiting on review.
- Search wiki articles, uploaded knowledge-base files, and public training resources that have been added to the platform.
- Help admins understand roles, permissions, organization structure, marketing tools, reports, and support tickets.
- Draft or organize training, marketing, and operational content when enabled for the customer.
When a ticket is created
Tickets are created through the assistant so each request includes the user's description, relevant page or conversation context, and any diagnostics the assistant gathered. Corp support admins can then work the ticket queue from Open to Pending to Closed.
Open means the support team needs to act. Pending means the team is waiting on the customer or learner. Closed means the issue has been resolved or archived.
Good prompts to try
- "Audit my completions."
- "Why did this course not give me credit?"
- "Where is my certificate?"
- "Help me create a support ticket for this course issue."
- "Search the wiki for role permissions."
- "Explain what this dashboard means."
